Area of application
weber.fug 888 is a universally applicable acrylic sealant for sealing joints and cracks that are not subject to excessive movement, on facades, plaster, masonry, artificial stone, glass, wood, etc.
Product features
- No discoloration of joint edges
- Resistant to aggressive industrial atmospheres
- good UV resistance
- odorless
Special notes
- The joint sealant does not adhere to polyethylene, Teflon, rubber, acrylic glass, bitumen, or tar. Stress corrosion is possible on molded plastic parts (e.g., corrugated PVC or Plexiglas parts). The joint sealant may discolor slightly on plasticized substrates.
- Steel substrates must be pre-treated with rust protection before grouting
- Do not paint over joints subject to expansion stress.
